The Survey Timeframe

  • Survey is launched to full-time faculty and staff on LSU A&M’s campus on Monday, November 17, 2025 via Qualtrics.
  • The survey will be available until Friday, November 21, 2025.
  • Your responses are completely confidential. Qualtrics collects all responses, and HRM only receives results as combined data. Individual responses cannot be identified.
  • Once closed, HRM will review the combined data and share the findings with campus by the end of Spring 2026.

Based on findings from the 2023 employee engagement survey, HRM was able to implement:

  • An onboarding guide for managers;
  • Additional professional development, such as Rising Leaders;
  • Continued conversations around employee engagement and connectedness.

 

2023 Employee Engagement Survey Findings

The 2023 LSU Employee Engagement Report provided valuable insights into critical aspects of the employee experience. While acknowledging notable achievements in certain areas, it has also shed light on key areas that warrant attention and improvement. The data-driven insights lay the groundwork for cultivating a future in which LSU employees flourish.
