Hisan Yang is an Assistant Professor in the Rucks Department of Management at the E. J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University. His research focuses on how firms leverage both monetary and non-monetary incentives to attract and motivate employees. Additionally, he investigates how managers navigate complex, highly interconnected strategic choices. Yang earned a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from the University of Utah.
